Our Services

Southern Medical provides routine primary care for our patients including prescribing daily medications, routine blood work, and annual wellness visits. This also includes taking care of patients when they are sick or injured.
Treatment of adult diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, anemia, thyroid, asthma, and more.

We provide same-day appointments for urgent and sick patients when the schedule allows. If we can't schedule you for the same day as you asked, we will offer you our first available appointment time.

As your primary care provider, we offer wellness visits for all ages. This includes well-child visits, biometric screenings, annual Medicare visits, and pre-employment physicals. While we do not provide vaccines for children, we do provide thorough examinations for their well-child visits.

Southern Medical Group also provides healthcare to employees of Canoochee EMC at the clinic located on their Reidsville campus. This includes sick visits, checkups, lab work, drug/alcohol screens, and DOT physicals. Southern Medical also partners with the Evans County Board of Education to provide physicals for their bus drivers and South Atlantic Galvanizing for pre-employment physicals.

Our provider Kelly Daus, PA-C, provides DOT certifications and physicals at the Glennville office. These physicals cost $125, and payment is due before the service is rendered. If your employer is responsible for the cost of your physical, please have them send a check written to Southern Medical Group or have them contact the office before your appointment.
